Ask any artist, designer, filmmaker, or musician in the Arab world what they were missing, and eventually the same word surfaces: room. Room to meet people who work in other mediums. Room to test an idea out loud before it’s finished. Room to be seen not as a lone talent grinding away in isolation, but as part of something larger: a scene, a community, a conversation already in progress.
Creative Dialogues was built to be that room.
Launched in 2023 and powered by YVT Consultancy, Creative Dialogues is the MENA region’s first multidisciplinary platform for creatives, a home for the exchange that so much of the region’s talent had been quietly hungry for. It brings together the emerging and the established, the architect and the podcaster, the fashion designer and the film composer, and puts them in the same space on the belief that the most interesting work rarely happens in isolation. It happens in the between.

Creativity Is a Conversation
The premise is simple and quietly radical: that a region overflowing with creative talent doesn’t only need more stages for individual brilliance, it needs connective tissue. Places where disciplines collide, where an academic’s problem finds its answer in a musician’s instinct, where an established pioneer and a first-time exhibitor discover they’re wrestling with the same question from opposite ends.
Through cross-disciplinary collaboration, carefully curated programming, and genuine, intimate conversation, Creative Dialogues does something the region has needed for a long time: it treats community as infrastructure. Not a networking afterthought, but the point itself.
Six Ways In
The ecosystem reaches its community through six distinct pillars, each a different door into the same conversation.
Creative Dialogues: the flagship, city-based events that anchor the whole platform, gathering creatives across disciplines for programming built around exchange rather than broadcast.
Creative Chats: a traveling podcast, streaming on Spotify, Anghami, and YouTube, carrying the conversation beyond any single room and across the region and its diaspora.
Creative Connect: a year-round online community, so the momentum of a live edition doesn’t evaporate when everyone goes home. The dialogue continues in the months between cities.
Collab Creative: collaborative exhibitions that put cross-disciplinary practice on the wall, turning the platform’s core idea into work you can actually stand in front of.
Curate Creative: pop-up experiences that bring the ethos into unexpected spaces, meeting audiences where they are rather than waiting for them to arrive.
Creative Campus: the student program where students become creators, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration through co-curated experiences that remove the boundaries between disciplines and empower emerging creatives to learn, contribute and lead together.
Together they form an ecosystem: educational programming, cultural events, social gatherings, collaborative projects, workshops, and virtual offerings that keep the community alive across time zones and borders.

The Numbers Behind the Movement
Ambition is easy to claim and harder to prove. Creative Dialogues has the receipts. Since launching in 2023, the platform has welcomed more than 5,000 attendees, engaged over 800 creatives, and delivered more than 30 activations across the region. Its reach extends far past any single venue, a global Arab audience of 25 million and counting, carried through media coverage and the vast, connected networks of the diaspora.
That last figure matters. The Arab creative community has never been confined to one city or even one continent, and neither is this platform. What starts in the Gulf or the Levant travels outward, to Arab creatives in Europe, the Americas, and beyond, folding the diaspora back into a conversation it has too often watched from a distance.
Beirut, and the Road Ahead

This October, that conversation comes to Beirut.
From October 9 to 11, 2026, the flagship returns to a city that has always understood creativity as an act of resilience and reinvention, a place whose artists have long made brilliance out of limitation and beauty out of the between. It is, in many ways, the perfect stage for a platform built on meeting in the middle. The Beirut edition reinforces Creative Dialogues’ place as a cornerstone of the region’s creative economy, where multidisciplinary exchange fosters collaboration, drives real impact, and helps shape the future of creative industries.
The three-day program follows the platform’s signature format. It opens with a day co-developed with the Lebanese American University (LAU) grounding the edition in the next generation of talent. On 9 October, the opening of the Luminous Threads exhibition will be hosted at Beit Kenz in collaboration with Majal Design School, Sage Archives and Beit El Baraka.
The momentum continues on the morning of 10 October at EcoHub by Ahla Fawda, with a collaborative student exhibition featuring more the +20 young creatives, brought to life through recycled materials.
That evening, we have another exhibition opening called The Path She Chose, a textile weaving and mixed-media featuring 26 incredible women, highlighting their journeys with creativity.
And finally on 11 October, in collaboration with Beirut Film Association, we will host screenings of five community-impact films.
The Beirut edition is powered by a coalition of roughly thirteen partners and collective groups, that spans design, film, academia, sustainability, and archival practice, the disciplines Creative Dialogues exists to put in the same room, gathered here in one of the region’s most storied creative cities.
From here the platform moves to Cairo in November, then Manama in December, before crossing the region to Marrakesh in February 2027. Four cities, four creative scenes, one continuing conversation, each edition local in flavor and connected to a larger whole.

An Open Door
The most valuable thing a creative community can offer isn’t a spotlight. It’s a door left open, an invitation to walk in mid-sentence and be treated, immediately, as part of the conversation. That is what Creative Dialogues has spent three years building, city by city, and what it brings to Beirut this autumn.
If you are a creative, then consider this is your calling… The room is ready.
